The GGC-RVSS winter program

Gatineau Gliding Club and Rideau Valley Soaring Society jointly offer a winter course to provide you with a solid understanding of aviation principles and practices. Ground school prepares you for the Transport Canada Glider Pilot License (GPL) exam. Prior to taking the written Transport Canada Glide examination, you’ll need to meet the prerequisites in CAR 401.13(1).

The course is 30 hours long, which exceeds the requirements of Transport Canada in order to obtain a Glider Pilot License.
